1 week 'til Christmas

On the sixth day of Christmas,
my true love sent to me
Six geese a-laying,
Five golden rings,
Four calling birds,
Three French hens,
Two turtle doves,
And a partridge in a pear tree.

Wow. Only a week 'til Christmas. It comes faster now that I'm older. That's nice :)

Our (extended) Conner family gathering yesterday was great. Everyone enjoyed the time together. We did do a gift exchange but we each just brought a $15 gift for a guy/girl (w/e you are). I got this great 2012 full-page daily planner that has a plan built in the read the bible in a year. Aunt Jayne made great food like always. She is a fantastic cook. The kids were fun and generally cheerful. I'm glad we were able to make it.

He's now 25 so yeah, this was taken a little while ago.

Today I am going to the (extended) Cutter family gathering. It's at my cousin's house about 2 hours away. Luckily I get to ride along qith my parents. Adam isn't able to come with me today. Sundays are work days and his will be full (tonight is our church's Christmas cantata). I'll be missing him but it'll be nice to see my cousins, aunts, and uncles.
