On the fourth day of Christmas,
my true love sent to me
Four calling birds,
Three French hens,
Two turtle doves,
And a partridge in a pear tree.

I am home today. All day. This is how I want EVERY day to be. I just want to stay here and make a home while Adam is away at work. Someday, I hope this will be my life (with the addition of children. That would be.....ideal).
Things are going well. I did a lot of intense cleaning last weekend so all I've really had to do today is laundry, dishes, wipe down surfaces, and the usual decluttering. Pretty run of the mill. But I've had a chance to rethink some areas and reorganize. I think one mistake that's easy to make is jumping into reorganizing all your stuff without simplifying first. That's the real problem, isn't it? Too much stuff. It doesn't help much to simply move it all around and hope it helps.
One area I really struggle with simplifying is my clothing. My style is pretty simple but, for example, I have so many tops that I love & look great on me but not enough opportunities to wear them all. Or else they just get pushed to the back and forgotten. So yea......need to continue Operation Simplification there.
How do you simplify?
