A very fine day

Today is FA-RIDAY! yay. it's been such a nice fall weather week-sun shiney yet cool. So nice Yesterday(or maybe the day before yesterday) I bought a candle that smells like fall so now my house smells lovely. Sometimes it seems like a good smell is all a place needs for decoration.

Today was a good day as far as work and school go. I picked Destiny and Becky up for school this morning and dropped them off leaving just enough time for me to zoom to work in time. My classes were good and there's no homeowrk for this weekend. Actually i should study but guh! I have no study skills and no patience. I tend to just absorb enough from class to get by : /

I started rereading Robinson Crusoe. I LOVE this book. Such a story of adventure, hardwork, faith, patience, struggle, and perseverence. I first read it a year or so ago over Christmas break. Its good enough to read over and over I think. There are life lessons in there.

Tonight I think huzby and I are going to his parents house. I really enjoy going over there. It's just another home to us. they just finished redoing their basement. It had flooded a bit last spring and ruined the carpet so they set to refinish it for their 30th anniversary. They bought some IKEA furniture too. It all looks so cozy and refreshing now. Happy 30 Years of marriage to them.
