It's popsicle season and I got motivated to make a batch of pudding pops yesterday.
The perk of my method : it's a no-mess process.
So for this recipe you'll need:
- cold milk
- Pudding mix (w/e flavor you choose)
- Whipped cream
- popsicle molds
- 1 gallon size plastic bag
Mix up the pudding like the box directions say..... but do it in the bag.
Zip it up and shake away to mix everything.
Refrigerate till pudding sets up.
Add as much whipped cream as you want.
I think I put in a cup.
Zip and mix again.
Now squish the "popsicle batter" away from a
corner and snip it to make a smallish hole.
Now you can easily and cleanly pipe the mixture
into those slender popsicle molds.
Pop the tops on, stick 'em in the freezer....
..... and throw the mess away.
:)
What could be easier?
